These terms govern use of netdatalink.digital and professional engagements with NetDataLINK.
Acceptance
By accessing this website or confirming an engagement letter with NetDataLINK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
NetDataLINK provides professional vendor ledger verification, payment audit support, and related advisory work as described on this site and in individual engagement letters. Website descriptions are informational; the signed engagement letter controls scope, fees, and deliverables.
No statutory audit
Our work is not a statutory financial statement audit and does not replace licensed audit opinions required under Taiwanese company or securities law unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise and applicable licensing permits it.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials published by NetDataLINK remain our property. Engagement deliverables such as findings memos are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. Redistribution to third parties requires our written consent unless required by law, auditors, or lenders named in the engagement letter.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate records, timely access to documents, and truthful responses during exception investigation. Delays in access may extend timelines and adjust fees as set out in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetDataLINK’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of our findings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site content current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Fee ranges may change without prior notice until confirmed in writing.
Governing law
These terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
