Data we collect
Through the contact form and email we may collect your name, email address, engagement interest, preferred review window, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of client staff and, where necessary to the review, personal data appearing in invoices or remittance records supplied by the client.
Purposes

Legal bases
Depending on context, we rely on steps prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations where applicable under Taiwanese personal data protection rules.

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Engagement working papers and correspondence are retained for at least seven years or longer when law or professional standards require. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality. If data is transferred outside Taiwan, we take steps appropriate to the destination’s safeguards and the nature of the data.
