Auditor reviewing financial documents at a desk

Flagship engagement

Vendor Ledger Verification

Reconcile supplier balances against contracts, invoices, and bank records.

Vendor ledger verification is our flagship engagement. We compare each material supplier balance to contracts, open invoices, credit notes, and cleared payments. Exceptions are investigated with your accounts payable team so adjustments land before the next payment run or reporting close.

You receive a findings memo that names each exception, the supporting evidence reviewed, and a recommended adjustment or follow-up. We do not replace your statutory auditor; we focus on the supplier side of the books where payment risk concentrates.
